I am a full service florist, offering design services, delivery and set-up on-site for your event.
All Floral items are also available a-la-carte for client pick-up.

Booking Process
Here’s what to expect from initial client inquiry to final product:
Rapid response via phone or email regarding availability confirmation and/ or design suggestions based on approximate budget & initial inspiration provided. It’s most helpful if you fill out the wedding intake form so I can give you the best feedback possible!
Lucia Rising provides 1-2 estimates & custom design proposals free of charge, which may also include one discovery phone call or zoom meeting to discuss more specifics.
Client may book Lucia Rising for their wedding date with a $150 nonrefundable deposit as soon as they feel ready. The deposit comes off of the final total. Following the initial complementary estimate(s) the deposit is required to continue articulating the design process & pricing details.
If client is not ready to book but would like to receive additional design plans and pricing they may request design services at a rate of $40 an hour, invoiced upon receipt of services provided. A 40 minute phone or Zoom call may be booked for $125.
Lucia Rising makes adjustment to estimates per client feedback until a final item count and design plan have been finalized.
For larger, full service orders: once the final plan is client confirmed, invoice with payment schedule is sent, typically 50% due 90 days prior to the event and the balance due 30 days prior to the event date. A florist vendor contract is sent along with the invoice articulating all details regarding services provided, payment schedule and cancellation policy.
For a-la-carte smaller pick-up orders, the total balance is due 30 days prior to the event date unless there are specialty items that need to be ordered in which case a different payment schedule may need to be made. No contract is required.
Once final plan and contract are articulated, nothing more is required until partial payments are due or the wedding date and the established delivery/ pick-up time arrives! Client may reach out at any time with questions or to provide additional details. Within reason & as outlined in the contract, changes are permitted up to 30 days prior to the event.

Investment
Here are my approximate price break guidelines:
$500-$2,500
A-La-Carte pre-arranged floral items for elopements & intimate gatherings, DIY stem buckets for client creation or some combination of constructed items & DIY buckets. Items may be picked up by clients or delivered for an additional fee determined by florist availability, distance to site and complication of placement and/ or creation of on-site florals.
Recommended for small ceremonies of 30 or less guests.
$2,500 & Up: Full Service Event
Delivery & set-up is included in the total. The whole shebang! Some combination of wedding party flowers, cocktail & reception party arrangements, candles, ceremony/ arbor flowers or custom pieces that require on-site installation. Ideal for clients who want the highest quality visual impact and to hand over the worry and labor to a professional so they can focus on enjoying their wedding!
$10,000 & Up Travel Weddings
Typically I book events within 2 hours of my studio in Putney VT, however, I am open to greater travel for the right opportunities! Events which require significant travel must meet this budget minimum to cover related time and added expenses.

My design work is per request only, primarily for delivery & on-site set-up. The address provided is the location of my at-home studio in the event an order needs to be picked up. Lindsay will discuss and determine with you which fulfillment method suits your needs best.
